Concessions Permit

Request for a Use Permit for Solicitation, Outdoor Area, Street or Parking Lots

An approved Concessions Permit is required before any public sales or solicitation (advertising, taking orders or donations, collecting or distributing information) can be conducted on Texas A&M property in Brazos County.

This permit request which includes Concession Guidelines may be obtained either online (PDF file) or from the Department of Student Activities (845-1133) in room 125 of the Koldus Building on campus. It must be returned to Student Activities with all required signatures at least 48 hours prior to the first day of "concession".
